Jay Rusell

Jay Russell studied Criminal Justice at Spartanburg Methodist College, and went on to the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy, before serving as a Trooper on the South Carolina Highway Patrol Aggressive Criminal Enforcement (ACE) Team.

As a Trooper, Jay conducted traffic stops where he searched card for illegal narcotics. While a trooper, Jay realized the need for drug interdiction in private sectors, which led to the formation of R.A.I.D. Corps, Incorporated.

Joel Raines

Joel Raines has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and has served 6 years in Law Enforcement. While attending the Charlotte Police K-9 School Joel won the Top Dog Award. He has spent 14 years as a Canine Handler and thousands of hours working K-9. He has also racked up hundreds of hours teaching on the signs and symptoms of drug use and distribution
